Getting rid of stomach fat

Are you looking at getting rid of stomach fat and don’t know where to start? Well there are some simple rules to losing weight. They are not overly complicated but the main factor in you losing weight or not is your determination and willingness to do the hard tasks. If you really want to get rid of stomach fat well then you can.

It is a myth that doing exercises on a particular part of the body with help you lose weight in that area, it just doesn’t happen. You will lose weight from where you last put it on e.g. if extra weight goes on your legs, then your hips, then you stomach, then it will come off in that order – Stomach, then hips, then legs. You can tone up certain areas with exercise but you cannot control where you get rid of the fat first.

SO in that case all exercise is useful in losing weight, no matter where you have it. Your body also adapts to what you are doing. If you are exercising for 30 mins everyday, doing the same routine, your body will adapt after a number of weeks and it wont be as effective in getting rid of fat. Mix up your routines, your intensity, they type of exercise that you do. Don’t get into a routine of doing the same things all the time. It will keep things more interesting for you aswell.

If you are exercising, you need the proper nutrition to keep your energy levels up. Use this to change your diet for the better. You will get a good feeling when you exercise and make improvements physically, use this motivation to make changes to your diet and stick to them.

Remember to stick to it, it won’t happen overnight but it will happen and you will be the better for it when it does and all the time you will be getting rid of that stomach fat.
